Educational Institutions

The Objective …

  • To promote the enjoyment and familiarity of healthy wholefoods to kids
  • To engage children with a fun hands-on experience in learning how to prepare snacks or meals
  • To spark interest in wholefood education in order to motivate students to continue conversation with their family

Workshop Approach …

In our workshops, we learn the simple differences of eating whole foods we can see and touch and the advantages and disadvantages of processed foods.

The students engage by mixing, mashing, chopping (depends on age and skill and teacher permission), and stirring natural ingredients to make their snacks.

  • Students will have an opportunity to see the wholefood ingredients in their natural state.
  • They will review and learn the vocabulary and depending on the age of the students, we will briefly learn about the vitamins and health benefits of these foods.
  • Students will see all the ingredients before they mix them and put them in their bellies.

Corporate

The Objective …

  • To promote the enjoyment and familiarity of healthy wholefoods and to break things down and make it simple by also engaging employees that don’t spend much time in the kitchen
  • To provide a creative experience, allowing co-workers to roll up the sleeves and network while preparing a meal together
  • To spark interest in wholefood education in order to motivate employees to make more meals from scratch at home

Workshop Approach …

Depending on the kitchen facilities available, dietary demands and employee food profile interests, a custom menu and workshop style will be developed.

Employees will perform activities that aren’t common in their day to day work requirements, allowing improved employee communication and breaking down barriers from original management tiers.

Management will see their employees learn new skills, whilst discovering new bonds among their staff.
